What is the best combo amp for under $2000? - what is the best vintage speaker

We examined several amps, such AC30CC2 VOX, Fender Blues Deville and a Marshall Vintage Modern 2266c.
Fender Blues Deville: I've heard that this amp is too high.
AC30CC2 Vox: Vox amplifiers are manufactured in China. I've heard that their quality amplifier and speakers Alnico "Blue" also manufactured in China and not declined in the United Kingdom.
Marshall Vintage Modern 2266c: I have not heard anything bad about this amp ... yet.
Should choose amp, or what is different and that you would recommend?
