First time canning green beans...I think I messed it up??? - canning green beans in pressure cooker
I just started to cook the beans in cans CAN .... HELP!?
and everything I now read that you have a pressure Canner because a high risk of botulism must use ... I am not a pressure cooker! Then I cook, put the cans in the fridge and finish tomorrow or Thursday? I will not lose everything work ...
Cousins .... I washed and cut into hot jars, put 1 liter bottle, add 1 / 2 teaspoon salt, and is now in a pot on the stove cooking away. for about 15 minutes ..... Now I have to be 4 hours with them ... This is the first time that I canned green beans and thought it would be very different .... I jams I can not make a mistake ?????
